The philanthropic, impartial and independent nature of the BTRF initiative – symbolized by the fact that Board members devote their time, expertise and connections on an honorary, own-expense basis - means that it is particularly well suited to serve as a neutral focal point for a concerted, integrated approach based firmly on partnerships.
