Information for Donors on Charitable, Tax-Deductible Status:

BTRF is incorporated as a non-profit Foundation in Switzerland where it operates under the supervisory authority of the Swiss Department of Internal Affairs and benefits from tax deductible charitable status. BTRF is also a member of the American Fund for Charities, which enables US 501 (c) (3) tax exemption, as well as the UK Fund for Charities, which extends the benefit of tax deductible status in the United Kingdom. On the basis of these links, BTRF is able to accept donations from US and UK benefactors and extend the benefit of tax deductible status to the full extent permissible by the laws of their respective territories.
